MV Careers Education was created to address this gap.
We design structured, flexible career readiness systems that help schools connect students’ learning with real-world pathways, while supporting career counsellors, teachers, and leadership teams with clarity, consistency, and scalability.

What we do
We work with schools to design and implement a Career Hub model. Our system is a flexible one where institutions select from a curated menu of career development components, co-designed into a structure that reflects their context, priorities, and capacity.
Rather than adding another programme onto an already full curriculum, we help schools build a coherent, integrated approach to career development that can be sustained over time.
This ensures career learning is not dependent on isolated initiatives, but embedded as a structured part of the student experience.

Maria is one of the UAE’s leading career educators. She supports individuals from K-12, higher education, and seasoned professionals as they design career strategies built around purpose, meaning, and sustainability.
Recognizing that career choices ultimately impact the quality of a person’s life, Maria pours decades of hard-earned expertise and experience into guiding her students.
She is the author of Empowerment for Teens: A Guide for Parents, and the career scholar who authored The Impact of Career Guidance for Career Readiness with Secondary Students in the United Arab Emirates.
Maria's teaching experiences span across K-12, university, and adult education. With 29 years of experience in teaching and education, she is equipped to understand curriculum demands and student learning needs.
